==> In terms of services, ALICE is waiting for the new nodes that will bedeployed at CERN for VOBOXES use. As soon as they are ready they will be use fortesting the gLite-RB placed at CERN

==> Still the alicesgm issue to bediscussed today during the operations meeting

==> The status of the FTStransfers site per site are the following:

FZK : site offline because ofsecurity issues
CNAF : they seem to have again problems with the Castor2, peakspeed : 65MB/s
CCIN2P3 : all ok, peak speed of 120MB/sec
SARA : all ok, peakspeed of 100MB/sec
RAL : all ok, peak speed 25MB/sec, very very few transfersto them (10
transfers for Oct 23rd compared to 2862 to CCIN2P3 forexample).

Peak overall speed : 310MB/sec for one hour, just after resumingoperation after a long period of inactivity. Dropped to 250MB/sec the nexthour.

Yesterday a fuse blew in the Alice central services so the transferswere interrupted until one hour ago.
