FTS hostcert renewed some time ago(oct5th) and non-functional since. FTS has the same appalling hack as LFC when it comes to copying and chowning the hostcert. It will trip up every sysadmin sooner or later. The copy and chown should be in the init.d script under reloadcert() function which is called from start().
