Description

This document describes research program of Budker INP (Novosibirsk) on high energy physics for the next two decades based on the flagship project of the electron-positron collider Super Charm-Tau (SCT) factory. The SCT factory is designed to operate in the center-of-mass energy range from 2 to 6 GeV with peak luminosity of 10**35 cm-2s−1 above 4 GeV. Longitudinal polarization of the electron beam at the interaction region enhances the collider discovery potential. The facility, equipped with a state-of-the-art universal particle detector, allows precision measurements of decays of tau lepton and hadrons formed by quarks of the two first generations.
