Unfortunately the NA62 collaboration has not given me much feedback to your questions. The main reason is that, while we are interested in the issue and we care about the recognition of our colleagues, in a small collaboration like ours we can have the leisure of finding a way to do it on case by case basis. We do take care of promoting our collaborators but this is done without general rules. Also, we do not have the manpower to create a structured system of recognition, and, perhaps, we do not need one since we are a small group and each case is indeed different. We recognise that the requirements for a scientific career are very country-dependent, which doesn't facilitate creating a general approach. In conclusion I would say that NA62 cannot propose anything really innovative on the subject of recognition of the individuals.
