Proposed early bird registration fee is 3000 SEK for Academia and 5000 SEK for Industry.
After June 16th, registration fee will be 3500 SEK for Academia and 5500 SEK for Industry.
The registration fee includes:
°Admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition area
°Congress Material
°Certificate of attendance
°Lunches and Dinners during the conference.
Registration is limited to 120 participants, on a first come, first serve basis.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full fee payment by the registration department according to the rools and the deadline indicated.
An email confirming the registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Bank wire transfer charges and other payments related to the conference is paid by the participant.

Full payment of costs should be made in SEK (payments in any other currency will not be accepted).
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be sent by email to ADAM-2019@med.lu.se.
Note, in case of cancellation at any stage.
Registration handling fee (200 SEK) will not be refunded.
For cancellations received after June 1st, no refund will be made.
