W celu rejestracji niezbędne jest konto CERN, jeżeli nie posiadasz takiego konta, możesz stworzyć "LightWeight Account". Poniżej znajdziesz pełną instrukcję.
1. Kliknij na przycisk "Registration" w MENU(z lewej strony)
2. Teraz kliknij na przycisk "Log in to proceed"
3. Przejdź na dół strony, aż do nagłówka "Related sites"
4. Kliknij na link (odnośnik łącza) "Create/Check your account"
Wyświetlą Ci się różne panele.
5. Wybierz: "Lightweight Accounts"
6. Kliknij na link: "Register an account"
7. Wypełnij formularz swoimi danymi. Zauważ, że obowiązkowe jest jedynie wprowadzenie adresu poczty elektronicznej.
8. Zaznacz opcję potwierdzającą, że przeczytałeś/aś i akceptujesz warunki rejestracji: "I have read and agree to the conditions below.”
9. Kliknij na przycisk "Register"
Otrzymasz wiadomość w swojej skrzynce poczty elektronicznej.
10. Otwórz ją i potwierdź rejestrację klikając na link podany w tej wiadomości.
Następnie zostaniesz przekierowany/a na stronę, na której należy:
11. Wybrać i wprowadzić hasło do swojego konta.
12. Teraz wybierz link "Manage account"
Wrócisz na tę samą stronę, od której rozpoczął się proces rejestracji.
13. Wprowadź swój adres e-mail i hasło, a następnie naciśnij "Enter".
14. Teraz musisz utworzyć profil Indico. Podaj swoje dane wypełniając odpowiednie pola. Zwróć uwagę na pola oznaczone znakiem "*" - są obowiązkowe. Na koniec wybierz niebieski przycisk: "Create an Indico profile."
Zostaniesz przekierowany na stronę Formularza Rejestracyjnego.
15. Ponownie wprowadź dane oznaczone znakiem "*" - są obowiązkowe. UWAGA! Skan paszportu powinien być plikiem PDF o nazwie PASS_Imię_Nazwisko.pdf (użyj swojego imienia i nazwiska).
16. Zatwierdź dane poprzez kliknięcie niebieskiego przycisku "Register," znajdującego się na dole strony.
17. Wejdź w zakładkę "Registered participants" w MENU po lewej stronie i upewnij się, że zgłoszenie zostało zarejstrowane i Twoje imię i nazwisko znajduje się na liście.
To wszystko! Twoja rejestracja zakończyła się pomyślnie!.
To register you need CERN account, if you don't have such account now you can create "LightWeight Account"
1. Press "Registration" button in the MENU (on the left).
2. Press "Log in to proceed" button at the bottom of the page.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and "Related sites".
4. Click "Create/Check your account" link. You wil see various options.
5. Choose: "Lightweight Accounts".
6. Click "Register an account" link.
7. Fill the form with your data. Notice, that only e-mail address is obligatory.
8. Check the box next to "I have read and agree to the conditions below.” to confirm.
9. Press "Register" button. You will now receive an e-mail with an activation link.
10. Open the message in your e-mail account and press the activation link. You will be redirected to the website.
11. On the website choose and set a password for your account.
12. Click the link to "Manage account". You will go back to the website at which you started.
13. Put your e-mail and password and press "Enter" to log in.
14. Now you need to create Indico profile. Fill in your data. Notice, that fields with "*" sign are obligatory. Now press blue button: "Create an Indico profile." You will be redirected to the registration page.
15. Fill your data again, fields with "*" sign are obligatory. NOTE! Scan of your passport should be a PDF file named PASS_Name_Surname.pdf (use your name and surname).
16. Confirm your data by pressing the "Register" button localised at the bottom of the page.
17. Click "Registered participants" in the MENU on the left side and make sure that your application was registered and your name is on the list.
That's all! Your registration has been successfully completed!
