We present the first public release of the HIJING++ Monte Carlo event generator for high energy heavy ion collisions. Along with the summary plots and experimental validity checks the download and technical instructions will be presented for the first time. The code is developed in modern C++ and is a complete revision of the original FORTRAN HIJING [1,2]. The state-of-the-art framework comprise new features such as modularity, CPU multithreading and an analysis interface, while the underlying physics model is extended with modules such as the medium interaction model based on CUJET3.1 .
