ALICE #1749

• MTR test finished: gas system stop

From previous meeting:

• Starting installation of pipes for the TPC clean room, few problems
• CPV to check space for humidifier —> LPh to check with Arturo
• MTR back-up: to modify with Freon (now is Ar) —> LPh to check with Arturo
• MTR: to add a pressure sensor on the top of the chambers (to foresee pipe, cable and remember that is ATEX)
• MTR back-up is done with pressure reducer+rotameter: to check pressure when it opens 

 

ATLAS #no elog

• RPC distribution construction started
• Some safety valves to check

From previous meeting:

• Flowcell for new RPC racks —> Kacper to give the flow necessary —> to decide if 3 or 5 mm

 

CMS #1747

• Discussion about Tracker Analysis rack —> Roberto will discuss with Andromachi

From previous meeting:

• Need to stop RPC 2 weeks —> after Easter, to coordinate with some maintenance
• Purifier 1 (H2O) has a cycle of 1 day —> purifier number 2 has to become with H2O —> need to add the cooling
• Purifier to add the new filter in inox
• Purifier to discuss this week when to do all modifications

 

LHCb #1737

• RICH1 buffer in place, need to be connected (need FSU)
• RICH2 old compressor moving on Wednesday 
• RICH2: need to test the membranes. Krohne range too high (400-4000 l/h) —> substitute with MFM for the test
• Need help of LPh to test the membrane
• MWPC+OT distribution racks in RP control
• MWPC leak? to check with by-pass of chambers
• SciFi trolley: missing only software —> to be ready by next week —> Michal
