Call for Abstracts

  • Opening day
  • Submission deadline

We are calling for contributions to the conference, and offer different options!

We ask participants to chose the type of contribution they would like to propose, including its length. The Oral Presentation is a traditional conference type of talk, and we propose three different possible lengths: from a total of 10 minutes, which we recommended for young students who would otherwise have requested a poster presentation, to a total of 30 minutes, which we encourage senior members of the community to select to present a review of the current standing of specific topics, together with new results, and an intermediate 20-minute slot for presentation of specific projects or results. (Please note that we will do our best to accommodate all requests, but also keep in mind that we may need to suggest a different length in case this is required to better fit the program.)

We also provide the option of entertaining a Discussion on current hot topics! In this case, we ask the proposer(s) to provide a brief introduction to the debate and then stimulate, lead, and mediate the discussion.

Finally, we are also open to new ideas and invite you to propose something different from these options to make this conference lively and interactive for all of us, for this please use the optional "Comments" box.
