Preliminary time slot for next meetings : Fridays @ 2pm.

Next LHCP (2021) Taipei, the one after in Europe. 

- Finalise the program committee : 
- Add a few theorists O(4)
- Add a few local members. 
- Recommendation : One member representing all the other LHCb experiments + gender balance. 

- The scientific secretaries will post the messages, call the meetings, information about the webpage etc. 

- News from LOC (Giovanni) : 
- Reserved auditorium (capacity ~500)+ 4 rooms (capacity ~80 people). 
- Discussed with Connie base the budget on 300 participant, request for creation of budget line at CERN will be sent. 

- Bruno will circulate the timeline from the organisation from September this includes invitations for plenary speakers etc.

- Gather feedback from review talks which combined CMS/ATLAS talks for what concerns the parallel session.
