Registration and fee payment

REGISTRATION will be open from February 21st until May 15th. Please register at (link).

The registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

The registration's fee of 210 Euro will cover: lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner and social tour.

PAYMENT can be made by credit card or bank transfer. PerfectMeetings agency will acknowledge payment after receipt of the fee. If you choose to pay by bank transfer it is very important that your name and the name of the conference is clearly mentioned on the transfer. A duplicate or a photocopy of the transfer order issued by the bank must be mailed or faxed to PerfectMeetings agency.

N.B.: Please make sure that the full conference fee is transferred into the conference bank account and that all bank charges are covered by the remitter.

Receipts will be handed over at the Conference registration desk by PerfectMeetings agency. Please, be informed that receipts - with the total amount paid - will be addressed to the participant (i.e. Participant's name, institution name). Should you need a different receipt (i.e. receipt/invoice addressed to your institute, different billing address, etc.), please, specify it in the comment field during registration or contact PerfectMeetings agency (drazena.erceg@perfectmeetings.hr).
