The registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
The registration's fee of 250 Euro will cover: lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner and social tour.
PAYMENT can be made by credit card or bank transfer. PerfectMeetings agency will acknowledge payment after receipt of the fee. If you choose to pay by bank transfer it is very important that your name and the name of the conference is clearly mentioned on the transfer.
N.B.: Please make sure that the full conference fee is transferred into the conference bank account and that all bank charges are covered by the remitter.

RECEIPTS
Receipts will be handed over at the Conference registration desk by PerfectMeetings agency. Please, be informed that receipts - with the total amount paid - will be addressed to the participant (i.e. Participant's name, institution name). Should you need a different receipt (i.e. receipt/invoice addressed to your institute, different billing address, etc.), please, specify it in the comment field during registration or contact PerfectMeetings agency (drazena.erceg@perfectmeetings.hr).
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation should take place in writing and is to be dated. The date on which the written confirmation is received will be considered the definite date of cancellation.
Registrations cancelled up until June 27 are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less a 25 EUR administration charge and appropriate bank transfer/credit card charges.
Registrations cancelled after June 27 are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less a 50 EUR administration charge and appropriate bank transfer/credit card charges.
"NO SHOW" participants are not eligible for a refund.
In the event that QPTN10 workshop must be canceled due to unforseen circumstances, participants are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less a 20 EUR administration charge and appropriate bank transfer/credit card charges.
