In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. This key enables other applications to access data from within Indico even when you are neither using nor logged into the Indico system yourself with the link provided. Once created, you can manage your key at any time by going to 'My Profile' and looking under the tab entitled 'HTTP API'. Further information about HTTP API keys can be found in the Indico documentation.
Additionally to having an API key associated with your account, exporting private event information requires the usage of a persistent signature. This enables API URLs which do not expire after a few minutes so while the setting is active, anyone in possession of the link provided can access the information. Due to this, it is extremely important that you keep these links private and for your use only. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.

NEWS [25.9.2020]: The organizing committee decided that the Conference will have no registration fees. Those who have already payed will be fully reimbursed.
To register in the Conference, please fill the INDICO form below (after logging in). If you do not already have an account you have to create a new one by choosing "Create/check your account" at the bottom of the log-in page, and then choose "Lightweight account". A valid email address is the only requirement.
The following information is superseded:
Standard ('early') registration (before 31/10/2020):
- 180 €: full fee
- 90 €: reduced fee for PhD students
Late registration (after 1/11/2020):
- 250 €: full fee
- 130 €: reduced fee for PhD students
To register in the Conference, please follow the following steps.
1) Fill the INDICO form below. If you do not already have an account you have to create a new one by choosing "Create/check your account" at the bottom of the log-in page, and then choose "Lightweight account". A valid email address is the only requirement.
2) Pay the registration fee. Click on the link "Fee payment" (left menu on this page), fill and submit the corresponding form. After validation by the organizers (it might take a few days) you will receive an email with a link to finalize the payment by credit card.
Please choose "Reduced fee" if you are a PhD student. Otherwise please choose "Full fee". You can add an extra person for the banquet if needed.
You will receive an email confirmation and an invoice.
