  • Slide 11: Clarify role/priority task of proposed“Facility Platform Engineer” hire: please ask T2 manager to produce a detailed blueprint of the R&D activities leading to the next-gen T2 facility. Does the plan include taking over SLATE development after the end of the project?

  • Slide 15: Discuss proposal for US Cloud support reorganization/evolution and US ATLAS contribution to ADC Ops.

  • Slide 16: Discuss opportunities to redirect existing effort to provide 0.3 FTEs to dedicate to Facility Analytics/Monitoring/OI

  • Paolo and Kaushik: Organize review of T2 facility in time for the next 5-year cycle. The goal is to optimize delivered cycles and storage per dollar, but this needs to be done holistically, taking into account the broader contributions of the T2s to US ATLAS.
