To beneficiate from the block booking at the CERN hostel, please fill-in the CERN hostel booking form and send it to housing.service@cern.ch, giving the key words '3rd FCC Physics Workshop'.
The group reservation includes 60 Single rooms with bathroom at CHF 58.00.
Above prices are per room and per night.
Guests must register themselves using the booking form by 10 December 2019 at the latest.
Cancellation policy:

In case of no show, the first night will be charged. The rest of the stay will be cancelled if no (re)confirmation is given before noon (local time) the day following the no-show.

In case of early departure, no charge applies if announced to the hotel reception before noon (local time) the day of the departure.
