A combination of more systems, more people, more devices and more ways than ever of producing and publishing data stack the odds in favour of attackers breaching more systems than ever.

About the speaker
Troy Hunt is an independent Australian security expert and trainer at Pluralsight, specialising is software and web security, and in data breaches. He is the person behind "Have I Been Pwned" (HIBP), a free service that aggregates data breaches and helps people and organizations establish if they've been impacted. Troy is a frequent speaker at major international events, and has even testified before US Congress on the impact of data breaches. He is also a Microsoft Regional Director (RD) and Most Valuable Professional (MVP), both titles of recognition rather than permanent roles.
