LOC report 2/10/2019

• circulated proposal for timetable structure that matches total time of talks in Puebla and accounts for local constraints - please let us know if it's OK so that we cross-check with the Conference center and the caterers that it's fine

• web site: initial version up and running with small typos fixed

• indico page: to be created by Dawn and Connie, can then be shared with program committee chairs to create the timetable structure

• poster: graphic designer informed that landscape/dark poster won, and forwarded to him the comments by Jim + the lists of the various committees and logos

• started discussions with Michael Hoch for outreach event / activities

• funding:

  • P2IO - funding request submitted last week. Answer received 03/10: P2IO pledged 4k euros

  • Re-contacted the Mayor cabinet - waiting for answer

  • Looking for a contact at region Ile-de-France

  • Contacted more private sponsors, waiting for answer

  • Submitted request for 3kE sponsorship to Ecole Polytechnique - answer expected in 2020

  • Recontacting NIM for 1k support for poster award. If not, will try with IOP (JINST)
