CERN KT hosts regular Entrepreneurship Meet-ups (EM-Us) inviting speakers to present on a variety of topics. We have tested a few experiments to increase the size and the variety of attendees.

This talk is to present lessons learned, the challenges faced and discuss best practices on community building.

Ecosystem - What does the current ecosystem look like in your country? Where would you want to invest time and effort in building this ecosystem? For example - the gap could be in the investor community (Public - soft money, prizes, grants; Private - angels, venture capitalists)

Discussion to understand how we can develop the ecosystem to achieve our goals.
