<p>Axel: I'd like to branch today. We should target beginning Feb.</p>

<p>David: We have a package which did not compile. It was failing at dictionary checking stage. The problem was due to #includes in the wrong order. Ordering the include everything compiles. The next problem is when trying to run a workflow. It complains about missing simple dictionaries.</p>

<p>Shahzad: Playing with the incremental builds in newest ROOT master.</p>

<p>Oksana: Arrived yesterday, did not do anything over the vacation. CHEP deadline is Feb 16. We should prepare for talks.</p>

<p>Vassil: Axel and I have fixed a super annoying issue coming from python when trying to deserialize a constexpr noexcept specifier. I worked on the ROOT teardown order. Looks like it works except for windows where we are debugging. Making progress with OSX. Currently we have around 33 failures but it is too late for some of the changes for the release. The major improvements are made by my ex-uni supervisor Alexander Penev. We build a bunch of optimization structures to aid the symbol resolution mechanisms. David and I are working on cmssw and I think we overcome the next issue when merging entities.</p>
