Biweekly meeting: C++ Modules in ROOT

Oksana: Updating to the latest ROOT is not possible for the modules IB. I am trying to add the global module index (GMI) changes to CMSSW only.

Vassil: The enum issue should be fixed. Enabled a few more modules in CMSSW. Upgrading LLVM, writing CHEP papers.

David: I got rid of the three modules-specific patches. The GMI is already in.

Priorities: ODRHash issue and Debug why the boost module is not built.

AOB: Next meeting in two weeks.
