Registration Fee
To participate in the school you are required to pay a 130 CHF registration fee which covers the costs of coffee breaks and social events. The fee can be paid electronically during the registration process or at a later stage by bank transfer, using the bank details below. In the latter case, please make sure to quote the reference number 39915 and the Registrant ID (which is sent by email when the registration form is filled up ). The fee must imperatively be paid before the beginning of the school. Please note that any bank transaction fee incurred by the payment of the 130CHF by credit card, will be at the charge of the payee and maybe between 2% to 3% of the transferred amount. Concerning the payment every participant will get a receipt to present their institute for refund, but if a bill/invoice is needed please contact the secretariat before the payment (THworkshops.secretariat@cern.ch). Please note that an invoice cannot be provided after the payment has been made.
