The IFMP-Workshop 2019: Hybrid / Multimodality Medical Imaging is the sixt one of the series of IFMP meetings on Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering. Target countries  are in South-Eastern Europe. Past workshops were organized one time in Bosnia and Hercegovina, two times in Albania, two times in North-Macedonia, one time in Corfu, Greece. The next one will be in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
Each meeting is organized in partnership with one or two local universities

The 2019 meeting will be held in Paisii Hilendarski University from September 16th to September 20th 2019 in the Pasii Hilendarski Universitiy Czar Asen 24, 4000 Tsentar, Plovdiv, Bulgaria  at the exception of Thursday 19/9 where the lectures will be given in Medical University of Plovdiv, 15-A "Vasil Aprilov" blvd in Plovdiv.

.   Plovdiv is a town in Southeastern Europe which is very rich in beautiful ancient monuments (Roman Theatre). During the greek period Plovdiv was called  "Philippopolis" after the name of the king Philip II, the father of  the famous “Alexander The Great”.
