CLICdp WG Analysis Meeting

Europe/Zurich
4/1-021 (CERN)

4/1-021

CERN

    • 14:00 14:10
      Update on the MC production 10m
      Speaker: Ulrike Schnoor (CERN)

      Current status of productions: https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CLIC/MonteCarloSamplesForCLICdet

      Recently finished:

      • qqll at 3 TeV 14654 - 14659 (1M for negative, 500k for positive polarisation): Due to the extremely high number of hits for very few events (<0.1% of events) originating from very forward electrons (which most analyses will anyway not consider), a small number of jobs did not finish. The resulting bias is negligible.
      • ee -> qqlnu at 1.5 TeV (14676-14680 )
      • ee -> qqll at 1.5 TeV: 14686-14697

      Planned next productions:

      • ee->qq; ee->qqnunu; ee->qqqqlnu; ee->qqlnununu; ee->qqlnulnu at 1.5 and 3 TeV
      • still investigating the issues with radiative Bhabha scattering with Whizard authors and Jean-Jacques Blaising

      For requests, please send me the information described here: https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CLIC/MonteCarloSamplesForCLICdet#Requests

      Reconstruction of the Higgs mass using directions of the b-jets 20m
