The HL-LHC computing review will take place on the 18-20 May 2020. DOMA will need to produce a document. The charge of the review is attached.

There is a skeleton of the document that was discussed with the coordinators of the TPC, ACCESS and QOS working groups:

The preparation is starting now and will need to finish by mid-April (documents are due on May 1st and we need time to harmonise them). The total length should be ~20 pages
