Action item list:

- WP0 (management):
    - Updated PEA has been sent to ESA, tomorrow there will be a telecon meeting with a representative to discus the situation and the export
    - First tri-monthly project update has been submitted this week
    - Merlin submitted proposal for ESRF beam test
    - Answers from CSU are slowly coming in, teleconf meeting planned for next week
    - We sitll need a logo!

- WP1 (Detector Modules):
    - Good progress, scintillators ordered, reflective foils tested, basically ready to start building the first module (mechanically)

- WP2 (FEE):
    - Jerome has been studying the noise of the citiroc together with Nicolas dA, not sure if noise is on the citiroc or on the board
    - Will continue the study and then contact Weeroc to ask for advice
    - Jerome is worried GOWIN might have radiation issues as it is SRAM based, different from IGLOO used in POLAR
    - Jerome has almost finished the code for testing the GOWIN for radiation at DPNC, first tests can start during this week (will be done by Johan)

- WP3 (BEE):
    - Dominik not present, Agnieszka is not sure about the status
    - SiPMs from Geneva have not yet arrived in Poland for tests
    - Agnieszka has had many discussions regarding export and status of the funding with representatives, news should come soon!

- WP5 (mechanics):
    - Merlin did not receive news from CSU, however, they did send it to Jianchao who shared a presentation he put together
    - Conclusions are that we fit constraint 1 (we fit through the smallest door)
    - The height is also constraint due the size of the door to the robotic arm which has dimensions of 1200x1150x900
    - It appears the height has to be along the 900 mm, so maximum height (payload plus adaptor + fixture) has to be 900, this leaves 730 mm, this is very close to what we can do but we need a         bit more, will discus with CSU next week
    - current cross section of 670x602 is too large, constraint seems to come from the "platform people", discussions between CSU and them need to take place, not possible yet due to virus
    - Height could also be problematic from the platform side, they have the limit of 500
    - Merlin points out again that 500 mm is not possible within other CSU constraints so this should be solvable
    - platform people are military
    - We will discus with CSU next week and Jianchao will join us for the teleconf.
    - Merlin will report to everyone about this after the meeting

- WP8 (POSS)
    - Nicolas has received documentation from CSU (in chinese) regarding the communication protocol (now on svn)
    - Sent new questions to Ms. Jia
    - Things look ok and more importantly communication is ongoing (slowly)
    - Will discus next week if they can provide hardware from their side for communication testing

- WP9 (spectrometer):
    - Jianchao has had discussions with GeCAM people, will read more documentation from them and then start discussing with Dominik
