We invite the panel and audience to discuss the following questions:

The discovery of the Higgs boson took several decades of continued investment into the high-energy frontier. How important is an e+e- Higgs factory to the future of collider physics in the US and around the world?
In a world where opportunities for future collider facilities are in flux, would it make sense to form one “Higgs factory community” that builds on the strength and experience of multiple active proposals?
If the US funding agencies wished to promote activity on e+e- Higgs factories, what would be their best strategy?
Bringing more people into this effort requires more funding. How should this funding be structured? What is the time scale on which this funding is needed? Does this new initiative conflict with other program schedules?
Format as follows:

moderation reads the all the questions (at once, one after the other)
each panelist in turn gives a response to one of the questions (of their choice)
questions can then be posed from the audience. They should address their question to a particular panel member. That panel member will give a brief answer, and then other panel members can briefly give their own take on the question if desired
eventually it dissolves into a free for all
