# Minutes of the meeting: Teleworking

## Participants

**HEALTH STATUS: Everyone is fine without any COVID-19 symptom!**

## Main points 

* Email is becoming slower some times with delays mainly during the email creation and the send especially if it contains attachments.
 
* Confirmed! Stathis and Ioannis are the main responsible for the TW section meetings.

* It is not any more clear how we can use the Swiss health system... CERN is working on that and we will receive an update in due time.

* **TW general rules:**
**A**. 1/day: check email
**B**. Be on standby (!), while being easily reachable by phone or email.

* **Quarantine**: The initial plan goes up to 6 weeks in total. However, this will change dynamically based on the circumstances.

## Marta's notes

* The Wednesday's TW meeting becomes officially the SM18 TW section meeting.

* The rest of the meetings are going to be arranged by the supervisor(s) on a regular base when and if it is needed.

* A brief explanation concerning the automated received EDH requests (timeslots: TW and family/kids).

There was a group request/agreement concerning the teleworking, where it will be concretely defined in the upcoming weeks. The two categories are, a. special leave: (family and kids) and b. teleworking (occasional). The technicians have been declared as the special case of "half-half".

** In case of a problem with the teleworking discuss it directly with Marta.

* PjAs: Talk with your University's responsible in order to get theirs agreement on TW.

**Bernardo**: 
Review a optical fiber proposal, and meeting participation about the MQXFS. 

**Stathis**: 
Finished draft 2 of the special test of the diode MQA0408. Finished the cross-check of the EDMS/MTF diode reports from 2014. Started the development of the automated diadem graphical report of the quadrupole diodes.

**Franco**: 
11T presentation and OAK to Carpenter integration. This will probably be finished in a couple of days.

**Gaelle**: 
Documents preparation.

**Gerard**: 
Ruben's tuitoring, spikes study with Michal et al., document preparation and supervising. Regularly patrol the building.

**Guillaume**: 
Working on the QPS's switch-cards.

**Michal**: 
Spikes study meeting. Flux jumps analysis, magnets data mining, and more. Oracle Server meeting. DB connection for Carpenter. Report preparation.

**Ioannis**: 
Carpenter v2 development and more. 

**Maryline**: 
QH commutator of Cluster G. Getting offers and documentations.

**Salvador**:
Implement analysis tool for the MQXFS
eRMC data analysis and report preparation.

**Yacine**:
Document preparation. 
Cluster F and A: will be included into the meeting loop.

**Paula**:
Some problems with the Sharepoint and
document preparation.

**Vincent**:
Working on the design and the documentation of the diode instrumentation rack. Start with the reorginazation of the matest folder concerning this rack.

**Ruben**:
Meeting with Gerard on the current decays which will be studied analytically and simulatively. Introduction to the THEA software.
