## Participants

Marta, Stathis, Ioannis, Gerard, Guillaume, Vincent, Franco, Ruben, Olivier, Salva, Gaelle, Yacine, Jerome, Patrick, Paula, Maryline, Christian, Fred, Raph, Bertrand.

**HEALTH STATUS: Everyone is fine without any COVID-19 symptom!**

## Main points

Still valid:
* **TW general rules:**
**A**. 1/day: check email
**B**. Be on standby (!), while being easily reachable by phone or email.

* **Quarantine**: The initial plan goes up to 6 weeks in total. However, this will change dynamically based on the circumstances.

## Marta's notes

* The Teleworking has been extended on EDH.

* PjAs., fellow, and students are 100% allocated to teleworking to the CERN area.
    - only technicians have a different percentage.
    - It was a discussion concerning those that have left the area of CERN, where the payment percentage will change since they have different expenses on their countries compared to Switzerland.
     - **No change on the payment for the SM18 employees!**

*  In order to be clarified correctly, Teleworking means that "*if CERN judges that you have to help on-site you have to be here, no matter your status/affiliation (staff, pjas, etc)*".

* SLM Meeting: Re-assure that everyone is healthy and with a task! Get written documentation from everyone. It is obligatory, as a precaution in order to have a smooth transition from teleworking to work!

* Internet issues for the majority!
Be careful with the size of the documents that you are sending via emails. They might fail or delayed severely.

* HR document distribution: HR distributed the anti-isolation measures! Marta sent it to everybody.

* **Future plans**:
From next Thursday: Philippe and Robin will become available and can be reached accordingly from anyone that it might concerns. For example, the tasks of Yacine, Salvador, Gaelle, etc. it needs input or help from these. Additionally, Christian can follow up with these meetings.

#### Leave from CERN:
* In order to leave the  CERN local area you have first to announce it and ask for authorization (exception: EDH/holidays).

* PjAs, FSU, etc: Discuss it with the responsible person of your University in order to get the agreement on the TW.

#### Documentation:

* The documentation is a "proof of work", especially for those that partially working. However, it accounts for everybody!

    **To whom it might concern**: Provide the documentation requested by Marta.

#### On-line training:

* If you do not have a lot of work you can follow related or not **training courses** that CERN offers! Search the training catalog and if you find something interesting discuss it freely with Marta!

* COURSE(S):
LabVIEW: https://learn.ni.com/training/resources/1232/labview-fondamental-1
