• Alarms marked with “(Ack)” and “down” refers to action performed on a given alarm: the timestamp on the sms/email is about the trigger of the original alarm, the time at which you get the sms/email is the time of the action
• “down” is not very clear, maybe we can change the text
  > blocking an alarm goes under “down”?
• HH/LL are received sometimes both as alarm and warning, we could keep only one not to have too much stuff
• If an alarm is blocked, is the block propagated to the warning?
  > it looks like it is not, week12 we have some LL warning without the correspondent alarm
• It could be useful to make a difference between sms and email received: acknowledge could go only in email?
