If you want to join for the online "Lunch with Strangers" session with the students from 13h00 to 14h30 on Tuesday, April 7th, please:

  1. Register for this Indico event (see link on the left or at the bottom of this page)
  2. Follow these instructions.

"Strangers" may give the students feedback on their ideas. No particular expertise or further commitment is required. For more information on the student teams and their projects, please check these short intro slides

The aim of the whole programme is to utilize  the most advanced types of technology to help solve problems of social interest, with the ambition to generate a significant impact on the world in a medium-long term perspective.

Each year, this project involves 50 talented young students, 35 MBA students from CDI Italia and 15 Ph.D. students from Politecnico di Torino with a scientific-engineering background. They are divided into groups and supported by researchers from CERN and the Politecnico di Torino to develop business ideas capable of positively impacting the challenges linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDG).

The objectives of the 3 days are the following:

1. Choose 1 idea (among the 3)

2. Create a vision

3. Move from idea towards solution
