ELITPC: toward studying nuclear reactions at astrophysical energies

Room: Room: B2.38 In the joint effort of several members of the Institute of Experimental Physics at the Faculty of Physics, University of Warsaw an active target TPC with electronic readout - ELITPC - is being developed. The detector is suited for studying nuclear reactions of the astrophysical interest at the stellar relevant energies. I will present the general detector design, used techniques and done developments as well as describe ongoing works and plans for the near future.
