Due to the Corona situation, the SPS Annual Meeting 2020 had to be cancelled. The General Assembly takes place as a virtual stand-alone event, followed by the also virtual Award Ceremony.
In order to participate in the video conference of the General Assembly, you must be a member of the SPS and therefore register below so your status can be verified. You will get a confirmation when successful.
The link to the conference will be sent to you by email about 1-2 hour before it starts, and it will be activated about 15 min before it starts. Please make sure that your email address is correct in order to receive the notifications.

The video conference of the Award Ceremony is public. The link to it is shown below in the agenda, and it will be activated about 15 min before the ceremony starts (but not before the General Assembly will be finished).
Both video conferences will use the software "Zoom". If you are not familiar with it, please have a look at the Zoom help pages. Once the conferences are activated, just click on the link and it will take you to a browser window where you can choose to either participate via browser or download and install a client application on your computer (unless you have it already installed, in this case you will be connected directly). We recommend the latter to ensure full functionality. Some browsers are known to cause problems like missing sound or similar misbehaviour. We cannot offer any technical help in such cases !
NOTE: Although this website runs on a CERN server, CERN is not involved in the organisation of this event. Therefore do NOT contact the CERN Help Desk (or the links in the bottom line), they can not help you with any question you might have regarding the event.
