and send it to housing.service@cern.ch, giving the key words 'FCCIS Kickoff'.
The group reservation includes single rooms with bathroom at CHF 58.00 per room and per night.

Guests must register themselves using the booking form by 30th October at the latest.
Cancellation policy:

In case of no show, the first night will be charged. The rest of the stay will be cancelled if no (re)confirmation is given before noon (local time) the day following the no-show.

In case of early departure, no charge applies if announced to the hotel reception before noon (local time) the day of the departure.
