What we would like to discuss is:

•  how we manage the evolution of the protocol (e.g. accept pull requests) as a community (aka “governance”)
•  what communications channels we use (for practical work as well as for periodical checkpoints)

In the interest of efficiency, if you do have input to the agenda, please do not hesitate to send it in advance.

If time permits, we can also tackle concrete work items or more general discussion:

• outstanding pull requests 
• role of other relevant standards (W3C,...), and initiatives (CS3APIs,...)
