Submission deadline
The abstract submission starts on June 1, 2021. The deadline for submitting your abstract is August 6th, 2021. Notification regarding acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be sent to the presenting author by August 23rd, 2021. See section Important Dates for more details.

Authors are invited to submit abstracts on any of the given topics. We welcome abstract submissions for oral or poster presentations. During the abstract submission you will be asked to specify your proposed category. The Scientific Advisory Board will anyway reserve the final decision regarding the topic and oral or poster presentation on the basis of the abstracts.
- The submitting author must be the presenting author. The presenting author does not necessarily have to be the first author.
- All abstracts must be submitted via the on-line form published at the EFTC 2021 web pages. Abstracts sent by e-mail or by any other means will not be accepted.
- To submit the abstract, you need a personal CERN Indico account. If you have not, you will be requested to create one.
- Abstracts must be written in English. Please use the abstract template and format your abstract according to the guidelines.
- Authors are requested to outline the relevance and originality of their work.
- Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the Conference online Book of Abstracts.
- Decisions by the Scientific Advisory Board about abstract acceptance are definitive.
