Introduction (Jamie)
- updated schedule for S81 cool-down not approved yet,
but expect cool down to start November 20
This would allow FASER installation work w43-w47(partly) and w1-w5 (2021).
  * First period will be used to install cooling, crates, cables and magnets
  * Not clear if 3rd magnet will be ready in time for 2020
  * Second period would be for installation of active detector
components and the support structure as well as commissioning
- Camille found that magnet fiducialisation not correct for 2nd magnet
  * Meeting with experts planned for next week
  * Will likely require remeasurement. Ideally thi will be done just
before installation to not interrupt work in EHN1
- Commissioning schedule for EHN1 (pre-installation) shown
  * Intense four weeks ahead to learn as much as possible before installation
- Detailed schedule for TI12 work in week 43-w47 being worked out
  * A draft schedule was shown
  * It has been discussed with EN-EL and EN-CV
  * Still needs to be discussed with EN-HE.
- Important that components can be tested after installation
  * This requires cooling, power and network to be tested and
available from start of week 1
  * Had discussion of safety aspects  and sign-off procedure earlier this week
  * Plan is to have first sign-off on October 30 with final sign-off around week 5.
- Fibers have been installed from TI12 to RE12, but needs to
be patched into existing fibers to SR1
  * Would like to have this ready soon to allow early testing to start
- Cable trays have been installed in TI12 by EN-EA and actual cabling
  planned for week 45
  * FASER now expect to include cables for interface tracker which itself
will only be ready for installation in summer 2021
- Connection from cooling station to detector is being finalized
  and tested at EHN1
  * Issue with control software being followed-up.
  * Diagram of cooling pipe routing was shown
- Alberto noted that EHN1 will have no access on Tuesday 29th September
- Francesco asked if installation of top-plate in TI12 will need survey
  * Camille confirmed that he will measure its position and
also use the time to resurvey network (takes 1/2 day)

WP3 (Liam):
- Unused infrastructure in UJ12 has been dismantled and the walls painted
- The TI12 handling rail has been installed and tested
  * A small adjustment of hoist to be done tomorrow
  * The rail is now a permanent installation, but is easy to move from side to side by hand
- Optical fibers are installed into TI12
- The compressed air installation is on-going - to be finished tonight
- UJ12 guard rail will be installed middle of next week
and in TI12 during week 42, assuming rails are manufactured by then
  * Drawings sent to Marco for safety documentation
- Francesco noted that only minor works are outstanding
- Francesco suggested to have painting competition for FASER wall (30x2.4m)
  as interesting outreach effort
