Test Stand Co-ordination

3MeV Girder
Benoit will send the drawing references to Karl and Edgar as soon as possible.
Edgar will forward Carlo's message to Karl, they will both arrange to visit the storage in the next week to see what equipment is there.
RF follow ups for integration
Karl noted that Suitbert is organizing a meeting with RF colleagues for details on placements of equipment.
3MeV Beamline
Giulia will find the original beam-dumps specs for earlier tests, they should be reviewed (are they valid for 45mA at full pulse length?), then discussed with Marco Calviani.
Giulia will check the type VI and X magnet specs and give any critical distances to Edgar to check at the storage.
Beam Diagnostics
Edgar will also look for diagnostics at the storage.
Emittance Meter - Giulia review 2013 experience.
Edgar will set up a meeting including Giulia, Richard and Federico to discuss this.
Karl noted he has some more point for integration that he will be following up with Benoit.
The schedule was not specifically discussed. Richard asked everyone to consider their schedule for the test stand, and if there any critical dates that need to be decided, we discuss them at the next meeting.
