Description
The Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS) is a precision particle physics detector as those normally used at CERN accelerators. In 9 years of operation on the International Space Station, AMS has collected more than 170 billion cosmic-ray elementary particles and nuclei in the energy range from GeV to several TeVs. The percent precision of the AMS results is revealing unexpected features in cosmic-ray spectra which I will present in this talk.
