      MW1

      - Assume to use FLP suite 0.14
      - Do not use ECS for the entire chain
      - Refurbish scripts (Mikolaj)
      - Switches from Andrea
      - Logs in a single place (Mikolaj)
      - Pre-cooked readout.cfg for all configs/workflows
      - ...

      - 2 days of VS
      --- Up to 8 detectors (optimistic). i.e. 2 h per test (end-to-end data with generic QC)

      - 3 days of detector MW
      --- Up to 6 detectors, i.e. half-day each
      --- Goals:
      ------ Collect substantial data w/ different conditions (e.g. trigger rates, ZS on/off)
      ---------- Offline studies of data integrity, compression factors...
      ------ Use detector-specific QC
      ------ Study latency (e.g. TRD) coupling FLPs w/ and w/o compression

      Detector breakdown:

      HMPID:
      - VS quick test
      - QC (FLP + EPN)

      MCH:
      - VS test of continuos readout (last VS failed)
      - Extended data taking (cont readout) and QC (FLP + EPN)

      TRD
      - VS quick test (adding the compressor - not ready in Dec)
      - Extended data taking (w/ and w/o compressor)  and QC (FLP + EPN)

      TOF
      - To be discussed with them, otherwise their Dec test is complete.

      TPC
      - FLP checkpoints using CRU-UL  (only some sectors in C-side)
      - Data storage (data registration OK but out of DD). Can be activated if they need
      - Discuss the studies/test to validate their UL (what they need from O2)

      PHOS:
      - VS test only?

      EMCAL:
      - Preparation (new FLP suite and new FW OK)
      - Simple VS only or more (compressor i.e. formatter?). Move it from FLP to EPN  interesting?
      - Some QC

      CPV:
      - ?
