Check in
On your arrival (or during the day), check-in, signature of the registration card and imprint of a credit card for supplements or extras is required.
Parking
Free parking is available for participants who come by car.
Rooms
Please note, rooms are available from 16.00 on the day of arrival. Participants may leave their luggage with the Concierge until their room is ready.
Please note that there will a supplement of ~ 50 euros per night to pay when choosing a single room.

Rooms must be freed by 12.00 the day of your departure. Keys must be handed before 12.00 to the Hotel Reception, but the invoices for extras can be paid later during the departure day.
Luggage can be stored at the reception before the beginning of the meeting, until the moment of the departure.
