The second Annual Meeting of the Future Circular Collider study will take place from 11-15 April 2016 in the Crowne Plaza St. Peter's Hotel, Rome, Italy.
Early registration fee until February 29th, 2016 to be paid in advance: 400 Euro
Late registration as of March 1st 2016: 600 Euro
The registration fee covers:
- Attendance of the entire scientific workshop and conference
- Lunch (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri)
- Beverages and snacks during 3 daily breaks (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri)
- Welcome reception on Monday, April 11
- Workshop banquet on Wednesday, April 13
- Exclusive guided tour (Sistine chapel and Vatican museums) on Tuesday, April 12
A discounted room rate at the Crowne Plaza St. Peter's hotel for 130 Euro/night including breakfast has been negotiated. Please book as early as possible, since price and availability are only guaranteed for a limited time period.
Please indicate whether you wish to purchase additional tickets for the welcome reception
(35 euros) and/or the workshop banquet (70 euros).
The total amount to be invoiced will be calculated automatically on completion of the form.
The fee may be paid by bank transfer, by credit card (e-payment) and by TID for CERN participants. Please see details from the left-hand side menu "Payment".
