A virtual tour of AD (Antiproton Decelerator) by Sonia Natale and Mario Campanelli.
Format of the virtual tour:
- 40 minutes presentation.
- 20 minutes questions and answers
Instructions:
Before the day of the virtual tour.
- For your own comfort, you may download the presentation slides (see link below) to watch it locally on your computer.
- You can test your computer audio and video connection on https://zoom.us/test.
On the day of the virtual tour.
- Join the videoconference by clickin the "Join" blue button below.
- You can connect to the virtual tour through either (left to your own choice)
- your favorite browser (you may have to authorize your browser to access your microphone and camera if you want to use them)
- the Zoom application (automatically proposed for download)
- You don't have to create a Zoom account to connect to the virtual tour. If offered to do so, please decline.
- Once connected, confirm you join with the computer audio.
- During the talk, please switch off your own camera and microphone but leave the sound on.
- You can ask questions by using your unmuted microphone or the chat.
- Thanks for respecting the speaker and other participants.
- After the virtual tour, please take 2 minutes to fill out the survey by clicking the "Fill out" blue button below. The button will only appear after the conference has started.
