Please provide the information requested below to register as a volunteer to participate in the inauguration of the CERN Science Gateway, on Saturday 7 October 2023.
We encourage you to select all the slots you are available for and to let us know how many shifts you would be willing to take.
- Registration is required by 20 September 2023 (23:59).
- Places are limited. Once we have enough volunteers registered for all tasks and slots, registrations will be closed. We will confirm the participation of the selected volunteers and their assignment after the registration deadline.
- Briefing sessions will be organized to give you a better overview of the event and all activities.
- If you are no longer able to take part in the briefing sessions or celebration, please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail at public.events@cern.ch.

Merci de bien vouloir fournir les informations demandées ci-dessous pour vous inscrire comme volontaire pour participer à l'inauguration du Portail de la science du CERN, le samedi 7 octobre 2023.
Nous vous encourageons à sélectionner tous les créneaux auxquels vous êtes disponibles et à nous indiquer le nombre de shifts que vous seriez disposés à faire.
- L’inscription est obligatoire avant le 20 septembre 2023 (23h59).
- Les places sont limitées. Une fois que nous aurons suffisamment de volontaires inscrits pour toutes les tâches et tous les créneaux, les inscriptions seront fermées. Nous confirmerons la participation des volontaires sélectionnés et leur assignation après la date limite d'inscription.
- Des séances de briefing seront organisées pour vous présenter les activités en détail.
- Si vous ne pouvez plus participer aux formations ou à la célébration, merci de nous informer le plus tôt possible par courrier électronique à public.events@cern.ch.
