a) Update to the LBDS MPS commissioning procedure and checklist

Procedure 896392 for MPS LBDS checks updated to account for the new LBDS test mode. First version reviewed by email with MPP and pending formal review & release procedure

1.1 REMOTE TEST MODE

Since YETS23/24 the LBDS is equipped with a remote test mode allowing to provide an energy signal to the system without local intervention. The changes and validation steps were agreed in [10].
