Electron gun design meeting - vacuum outgassing aspects

Discussion:
- Vincent presenting the CATIA model of the latest gunn design
- Remove round holes from anode, we have enough opening for pumping from gun to upstream
- Cathode back plate shape modified from round to square to improve thermo-mechanics and reduce thermal conduction, the material is inconel for this piece
- Nicolas talked to A. Cherif for metrology, he doesn't see any issue in alignment checks during assembly
- Teresa showed new thermal simulations for the gun ceramic brazing part - filler can absorb the stress, not an issue, a test can be done
- Some small details discussed on mounting, mechanical forces while tightening flange etc
- Can we make minor modofication of pierce electrode to help with alignment rod ? - Gunn will check with a simulation to see if it affects e-beam quality
