Some of the FSC panels have been tested in beam. Magnet problems have slowed things.
Michael Pitt, test beam has been intermittent. Would like to have HV scan for all the counters.
FSC Counters could be transferred on Wednesday afternoon. Beam ends at 8am.
Need to reduce EM signal by a factor of 5 for next run to avoid saturation. This can be done by lowering the HV. Matthew Nickel showed that this would affect the one neutron trigger sum slightly. Events that were previously at trigger sum 16 would show up at 14 if we didn't do anything for the trigger, see slides. Note that if Oxygen is run at 6.5 TeV the extra energy would compensate for this effect.
FSC Emap Testing: Laza thinks that he can organize this starting next week. Need to make DQM histos.
Putting improved timing into Rechits: Johnpaul

Johnpaul will make a presentation to HCAL Detector Performance Group on Wednesday 7am central, 2pm CERN time, https://indico.cern.ch/event/1549732/ .
Note that for events in which we see saturation the TDCs behave as expected.
EM saturation and mitigation: Lydia

Lydia has sample code for saturation corrections, She will send to Michael C and
Matt and Her will leave on Monday arrive at CERN Tuesday.
Newtrons from pp: Anna Feherkuti

Anna: Fixed some bugs for her ZDC in pp analysis. She is running some crab jobs to help with simulation of gray neutrons. Code is merged into CMSSW.
Simulation:
=================================
Michael Chukka has calibrated the ratio of photons in EM to hadronic cor neutrons in the simulation. Next step is to estimate the average amount of energy for single neutrons in the EM for both data and simulation. After that do the same in data.
Slewing Corrections

John Paul working on putting slewing corrections for ZDC into HCAL framework.
