It is proposed that the February dates are Monday 4th February to Friday 29th February inclusive.

The proposed May dates are Monday 5th May to Friday 30th May inclusive.

(Ramp-up in the weeks prior to these "kick-off" dates is assumed.)

• Is this purely a computing exercise or do we include (in May?) a physics component to the metric?
