Description
This meeting is to review the design of the reaction fixture and impregnation mould of the 11T dipole before we launch the procurement of 2 new units of each.
The goal of this review is in 3 folds:
- Present the latest features of the 11T dipole coils, in particular their different constituents and expected dimensions;
- Recall the functional requirements of each tooling, the grounds for their design, and answer the question «is the current design effective and optimal»;
- Summarise and discuss the good points, but more importantly identify the features that require improvement.
