Please note that if you wish to travel with your own car to reach the Centre de Convention, you are required to fill in the EDH "Official travel request" form (budget code 64107) as well as the "car insurance" one, which is available in the EDH Official travel request form itself. This form should then be attached to the Official travel request form before sending it out.
