Abstract	Three different issues will be discussed and explicitly exemplified that are related to the dS swampland conjecture and are motivated by the questions: Does it hold away from the perturbative regime? What are the logical consequences if it is true? Can one broaden the perspective to circumvent the dS no-go consequences?
