The objective of this meeting is to discuss the deliverable, due at the end of June.

Very few participants, all excused. Some vidyo problems, only Gerardo is (and stays) connected. 

  • Author list for the deliverable, Gerardo …... 

  • Gerardo will give some feedback on the WP 4.1 deliverable by next week. 

 

Gerardo: 

  • Presentation about the Helsinki Review meeting in July 

  • Discussions about the agenda, banquet dinner and social activities 

 

Walter: 

  • 5 items for the agenda to be included in the WP4 session 

    • Review of baseline rf module design – INFN 

    • Development of high repetition rate capability – Uppsala (Marek) 

    • Linac Layout – HIP (Markus) 

    • Progress towards the 36/48 GHz gyroklystron – Strathclyde (Laurence) 

    • Plans for, and progress on, Industrialization – VDL 

  • This will be finalized by coming Monday evening in Chamonix with the respective people 

  • Carlo´s PBS presentation in WP7 session 

 

Markus: 

  • Presentation skipped due to absence of relevant people
